How does your raffles work?

In our raffles, you will be prompted to answer a few questions, including your name, gender, email address, phone number, etc. We use this information to be able to let raffle winners that they have won the opportunity to purchase. We also use the information to make sure that only raffle winners are able to purchase. After you have entered a raffle, you will only receive an email from us if you have won. Winners will then receive an email with the information about how they get to purchase. All raffles are a first come, first serve raffle, meaning that product is available to the first ones to purchase.


Why can’t I access the raffle page?

There could be several reasons why you can not access the raffle page.

1.If you did not receive an email from us, that means that you did not win and therefore cannot access the raffle page

2.You have not logged into your YME account. If you are not logged in with your YME account, you cannot access the raffle page. Make sure you have logged in with your account before the release

Do I need an account to sign up for raffles?

No, you don’t need an account to sign up for raffles, but you do need an account if you win and want to purchase. Make sure your YME account email is the same as the email address you used in the raffle sign-up.


Do you contact me if I haven’t won?

No, we do not contact you if you haven’t won.


When do you contact winners?

Winners will be notified at least a day in advance of the raffle drop.


What do you do with unpicked pairs?

Unpicked pairs will go to other raffle participants. Unpicked pairs that will be not picked up by raffle participants, will be then released to all.


How do I pay if I win?

If you win, you will still have to purchase the product the same you would purchase any other product on our site.


What happens if I win, but the product is unavailable to me?

If this happens, multiple things could have caused it:

1. What can happen, is that other raffle winners have already purchased the product before, so certain sizes or the product could be sold out before you get your chance. Therefore, we advise you to have logged into your account and be on our website when the raffle product becomes available.

2. The way our checkout process works is that if a customer puts their product in their cart, that customer has reserved the product for a certain period of time. So if you go onto to a website and see that it says “ The product is reserved”, it means that another customer has already put the product in their cart. Either you can wait to see if the other customer abandoned their cart or you can purchase the product in another size if that is available.

3. As mentioned before, if you are not logged into your account, you will not be able to purchase. Therefore, double check to make sure that you are logged into your account.

How do I cancel my raffle registration?

Either respond to the email confirmation you got from us, or email our customer support team.


Do I need a separate account for raffles?

No, you do not need a separate account for raffles. However, make sure you sign up using the same email address in your raffle signup as you YME Account email address.


What are the raffles terms and conditions?

Our raffle terms and conditions are as follows:

> We receive the right to cancel you order or raffle sign-up if you have been flagged for either cheating or reselling.

> Our raffles are first come first serve, so we cannot guarantee you will get the product you want.

> Each customer can only purchase one item of a product, meaning that you can only purchase one pair of shoes.
