What currencies can I pay in?

You can pay in Norwegian, American, European or Swedish currency.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept both debit and credit card, Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payment from third party payment providers Klarna.

 

What does it mean when it says «your payment is not fully paid»?

This means that something happened with your payment, and therefore you need to contact customer support for further instructions. Usually the issue is with the 3DS trigger rule on your VISA cards. 

 

Do you accept gift vouchers?

Yes!

 

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Depends on where your order is going to. In Norway, we will have a standard shipping fee of 89 NOK if its under 1500 NOK. If its over 1500 NOK, you will receive free shipping. We also have 2-3 express shipping for 129 NOK. On all international orders, we charge a fixed shipping fee of EUR 25 on all packages below 3kg.   On all orders above 3kg, we apply variable shipping cost based on order weight calculcated automatically during checkout.

 

Which courier will deliver my order?

In Norway, our delivery courier is either Bring or DHL, or you can pick up in store. All national and international orders are delivered with DHL or UPS. 

 

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

We always try to ship your order within 1-3 business days from that you've placed it. Usually, if you place your order before 11.00 AM CET, we will ship it the same day. However, we cannot guarantee this and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

 

You will receive your order based on these time frames, but we cannot guarantee it being delivered within the mentioned time frames:

Norway: 1-3 business days

Rest of the world: 3-7 business days

 

Can I buy online and pick-up my order in-store?

Yes, you can! When you are on the payment page, you can choose an option to pick up in store. You will receive a confirmation when the pick-up order is ready. 

 

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

EU Countries (also Ukraine, Serbia, Czechia)

All orders within the EU are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - all taxes and duties are included in the product prices.

 

Outside of EU – VAT exempt purchases

All prices shown on the YME Universes website, www.ymeuniverse.com, are excluding VAT for all countries outside the EU, in accordance with the applicable legislation. You may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address.

YME Universe has no control over these charges and cannot predict the full purchase amount. YME Universe advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all countries except Russia.

 

Can I change the shipping address?

Yes - When you receive shipping information from either Bring or DHL, you can change your shipping address through their channels. You will not be able to change countries of delivery.

 

What if I'm not home when it's delivered?

DHL and Bring will either try to deliver your package another day or drop it off at local post office. For further information regarding this issue, visit either DHL or Bring’s website or contact their customer service for further assistance.

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?

We will send out an email confirmation when the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

 

Shipments to Russia

Sadly, we are not able to ship to Russia. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

 

Customs have asked me for further information. What should I do?

Contact us at customer service by either calling us or sending an email, and we will try our best to assist you further.

 

Are prices displayed without VAT?

If you order within the EU, all prices will be displayed with VAT. All orders outside of the EU will be display prices without VAT.
