Return Proceedure

All goods purchased at YME Universe can be returned if you notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase and ship it to YME Universe. To return an order please contact [email protected] and await our return confirmation. When received, you can return your order by the following procedure: Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criterias: Place the product in a padded shipping box or padded envelope. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product. Write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package to ensure a faster expedition.

Freight on Returned Goods

YME Universe charge you 25 Euro on returns of international orders. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you with the DHL and UPS freight label and how to schedule your pickup.

Repayment and Refunds

If you choose to return the goods purchased from YME Universe we will refund your payments no later than 30 days after we receive the goods. Refunds will be provided back to your credit card or Klarna account.
