Are your products authentic?

Yes - All of our products are authentic.

 

Do you get more stock of products?

We cannot guarantee that we will get more stock of certain products, but if we do get more in stock, we will post it on our story on Instagram. If you want to check if we have more sizes, either contact our customer service or call our store.

 

Are all products online also in store?

No - Not all products shown online are in store. If you're looking to try or purchase a certain product in store, purchase it online and we will send it down to our store.

 

Do you have more sizes available?

We cannot guarantee that we will get more sizes available, but if we do get more sizes, we will post in our story on Instagram. If you want to check if we have more sizes, either contact our customer service or call our store.

 

Can I reserve an item to buy later?

No - However, we offer the payment service klarna invoice where you can purchase the product immediately, and then later try on the product. If the product does not work for you, then you can just return it to our Karl Johan store or return it to our warehouse.

 

Where can I find size & fit advice?

If you hover your mouse over the displayed sizes of the product, there should be a size guide that pops up. We also have a size & fit guide next to where you read information about the product. You can contact our customer service or call our store if you want any further information or if the size & fit guide isn’t available.

 

A product I purchased is defected, and I want to return it. What do I do?

 

If a product is defected, we will need several things.

1. A picture of the product and the defect

2. The order number/confirmation of the purchase, and the name of the product.
