What is YME Universe’s return policy?

All goods purchased at YME Universe can be returned if you notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase and ship it to YME Universe within the 14 days after receival. To return an order please contact [email protected] and await our return confirmation. When received, you can return your order by the following procedure: Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria:

1. Place the product in a padded shipping box or padded envelope.

2. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product.

3. Write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package to ensure a faster expedition.

 

How do I book a return in?

In every order, there will be included a shipping label and an information sheet about returns. It will further explain how you return your product. You can also send us an email at [email protected], and we will assist you with the return.

 

Can I return products bought online, in-store?

Yes, you can! Just remember to fulfill all the same criterias as with regular returns. 

 

How do I package my item for return?

You can use the same box your package came in when you’re returning it. You can also ship it in other boxes as well, however make sure that the product is packaged in a way so that the item is not damaged during its return to our warehouse.

 

When will I receive my refund?

It depends on when we receive your item back at our warehouse and we have had time to assess the item. If you choose to return the goods purchased from YME Universe we will refund your payments no later than 30 days after we receive the goods. Refunds will be provided back to your credit card or Klarna account.

 

Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?

We will only refund the amount the product retails for on our website. YME Universe will charge you 25 euro on returns of international orders. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you with the DHL freight label and how to schedule your pickup.

 

How do I exchange my order?

By sending back the wrong size in return and placing a new order on the correct size. We will refund the new shipping and any additional costs, for example if the product was on sale. 

 

How long will it be before I get an exchange?

It will depend on when we receive your order, but it could be anywhere from 5 - 16 days.

 

Can I return my products with another courier?

We would prefer that you use the same courier you received your order from, meaning either DHL or Bring.
