Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. Make sure you immediately contact our customer service team and they will cancel your order. Please send an email to [email protected] with the following tekst “Please delete my order nr 2000xxxxx”. If you have waited to long, and we have processed you order, than we are unable to cancel your order. Then go to our return page to find information about returning your order. 

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to cancel your order. However, we recommend that you make an account for a faster purchasing process. If you want to receive emails about the latest our company offers, you will have to make an account. You will also have to make an account if you are signing up for raffles.

 

How can I check the status of my order(s)?

When you have received your order confirmation, there will be a link in the email that takes you to a website where you can check the status of your order.

 

Can I buy online and pick-up my order in-store?

Yes, when you are in the checkout order page, you can select pick-up in store as one of the delivery options. If someone else is picking up your order in store, make sure that whoever is picking up your order has some identification or some form of evidence with them when coming to our store. We also suggest that they bring with them a screenshot or a picture of the email confirmation.

 

Why did you cancel my order?

We may have cancelled your order because of multiple things.

1. You have purchased a product that is no longer in stock. If this happens, you will be notified by our customer service team via e-mail and refunded immediately.

2. If you have purchased a product through raffles, and are proven to either not have won the raffle or are suspected of resell, we will cancel your order.

 

Why isn’t my order shipped?

Your order might not be shipped because of issues with the product or any other problems with delivery. We do everything we can to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible, but sometimes logistical errors happen.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, however, we would prefer if you cancelled the order instead. If you want to change address, you can change your address through DHL or Bring. To do so, wait for the shipping confirmation from either courier, and follow the steps they provide with changing the address.

 

I did not receive my order confirmation - what now?

If you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact customer service by emailing us at [email protected] .
